This is the school supply list for 8th-grade students at Nichols-Lawson. General Supplies: Two 1-inch binders. No trapper keepers or binders with zippers. Loose-leaf paper (college-rule, 3-hole-punched). Graph paper (3-hole punched) – for Math. 2-pocket folder with fasteners – for English (Farr). One pack of copy paper – for English (Farr) & History (Spates). Pencils. Blue/black ink pens. Colored pencils. Highlighters. Rubber eraser. Tape or glue sticks (student preference). Scissors. Ruler – for Math. Scientific Calculator – for Math (preferably Texas Instruments TI-30XIIS). Wired earbuds (Bluetooth-capable earbuds/headphones are not allowed per school policy). Consumable supplies should be replenished throughout the year as needed. Optional Supplies (But Very Appreciated): 2 packs of Lysol/Clorox wipes. 2 bottles of Lysol spray. 2 rolls of paper towels. 2 boxes of Kleenex. 2 packs of baby wipes. 2 bottles of hand sanitizer (girls). 2 bottles of hand soap (boys). 1 box of quart bags (girls). 1 box of gallon bags (boys).
